The Desert Vista Thunder Marching Band won the State Marching Band Championship for the 4th time on Saturday November 16th, 2013.
Thunder Band Students performed their best show of the season at 7:45 PM. The Thunder Band prevailed even though there were 6 more bands to perform after them. The finals performance earned the Outstanding Music Performance award for the 5th time and the Outstanding Visual Performance award for the first time!!!
