Jazz Band Participation Requirements

All Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday Jazz Band and PJE members must to hand in the following to Mr. Thye ASAP:

All of the following are required for participation in Spring Semester jazz rehearsals and performances

  • Signed first page of the 2013-2014 Jazz Handbook
  • Student information/medical forms (if you are not in marching band)
  • Participation fees payable to DV Band Boosters (see page 5 of the Handbook for your Jazz Band’s fee)
  • If you need financial assistance or a payment planplease speak to Mr. Thye, Mr. Krill, or Mr. Morales
