Please complete the Extracurricular Log Sheet and turn in to Mr. Thye by March 28th.
– Students must complete 60 hours of Arts Extracurricular Activities for 2021-22.
– To verify arts extracurricular activities, complete this log sheet for each activity.
– Extracurricular hours can include marching band competitions, summer practice and Saturday rehearsals, mentoring, symphony orchestra, jazz band, AYB, etc.
– Log Sheet is due March 28th to Mr. Thye.
