REQUIRED PERFORMANCE FOR ALL BANDS
If you are part of the Set up Crew: Call Time at DVHS 3:15 pm
4:45 pm CALL TIME for all students (must be at Tempe Diablo Stadium by this time)
5:00 pm – 6:15 pm – Rehearsal in Stadium with Combined Bands
6:15 pm – break, steel band performs prior to concert approx. 7:00 pm
7:30 pm – Concert Starts in the Stadium
Directions from Desert Vista:
1 – Go West on I-10
2 – Exit at Baseline Rd. (#155)
3 – Turn North on 48th st.
4 – Turn right (east) on Alameda Drive – Stadium and parking will be on the left.
Students driving themselves can park in the Lot to the East of the stadium.
Parents & Friends can park for free in the parking lot just to the west of the stadium. Additional parking is available on the east side of the stadium, and across the street if needed.

Concert Wear:
All-Black – dress shoes (no sandals or tennis shoes), long black socks, long black dress pants, black long-sleeved dress shirt or blouse, tie for guys (tie colors can be black, orange, yellow, and/or gold)
Food and Drinks!
Concessions (food and drinks) will be open before and during the concert. They accept cards/cash. Band members will also have time to eat if they choose!
