We're happy to announce the 2026 DVHS Percussion Spring Training Program.
Participation is highly encouraged for all students interested in any marching band percussion spot for the upcoming fall season.
Join us for a 12-week progressive training program designed to build strong percussion fundamentals and prepare students for the 2026 Marching Band season. Students may choose Front Ensemble or Drumline and will be placed into beginner, intermediate, or advanced groups to ensure appropriate pacing.
This program is perfect for:
- Middle school students wanting an introduction to marching percussion (6th, 7th and 8th Grade)
- High school students preparing for fall percussion auditions
- Anyone looking to learn how to play drums, improve technique, confidence, and musical knowledge
Students will learn core skills and explore different instruments. No prior experience is required—we group students by ability and focus heavily on fundamentals.
Don’t miss the best way to get a head start on next season while learning from some of the top instructors in the state.
