The coursework part (linked to the grade in the course) of the Marching Band will be shared through an app called “BAND“.

For the “course content” for the Marching Band this semester… we will be using the BAND app. I will be sharing videos to review, and also a “Leadership University” course by Scott Lang that everyone will complete. (Don’t worry – they are short videos, and practical “assignments”).
[And, yes – we will still be working on exercises and learning show music/choreography with your staff members. That will be via Zoom links, video, etc.]
This leadership component will allow all of us (including me) to reflect and focus on how we can be better versions of ourselves. No matter what performance opportunities will be possible for the 2020 Thunder Marching Band… I hope that we can, at the very least, strive to improve ourselves from a personal standpoint and be better for those around us.
