Required Sports Physicals must be done after March 1st.

We know there's a lot here, but if you follow the steps and fill each document out one at a time, you'll be done before you know it!

Students may go to either location - you do not need to go to your school!
Let Registration know if you will be getting your Sports Physical at one of these sessions so we can note the physical will be submitted after due dates!
Physicals will be provided on a first come, first serve basis.
You must be in line for registration by closing time.
Patient or school personnel are responsible for all documentation provided during physicals.
